Lu Turrinu is located in a unique position 15 miles north of Lecce, the jewel city of the Salento region. Situated on a ridge overlooking miles of olive groves and vineyards, it was once an old water tower with a stable next to it that was later converted into a small chapel. The tower has being reimagined with a kitchen and living room at ground floor and a stacked bedroom and bathroom at the floors above. The chapel has become an extra bedroom connected to the tower by a beautiful garden. Large wrap around porticoes and a detached pergola provide lots of outdoor area with lounging and dining. The house is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the country life of Puglia and can be rented together with the nearby Tenuta dell’Alto for a total of 8 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms. TERMS & CONDITIONS

Lu Turrinu is available on a weekly basis year round or for a minimum of 4 days in low & shoulder season. The house can also be rented together with Tenuta dell’Alto for an 8 bedroom/9 bath compound.

A discount of 5% will be applied for rentals longer than one week; 10% discount for longer stays.

Price includes the exclusive use of the house for up to 4 people. The price of rental includes gas, water, electricity, Wi-Fi internet, bed linens, bath & hand towels, pool towels, soaps, shampoos, detergents and concierge service. It also includes final cleaning + 1 midweek cleaning. Daily maid service is available at additional cost.

Pool is usually warm and enjoyable between early May and early October.

50% deposit required at booking. Balance is due 6 weeks before rental date. Payments can be made via credit card or bank transfer.

A reimbursable security deposit of $600 is due before arrival and will be authorized / not charged on your credit card.

Cancellation policy:
- Full reimbursement up to 90 days before arrival date.
- Full credit between 89 and 20 days before arrival date (Credit can be applied to a future stay in any of our homes in Italy or Mexico) or a 90% refund if the cancelled days are re-booked.
- No refund or credit for less than 19 days before arrival date.
